All purchases are processed securely via Paddle. If you wish to request a refund and have not used any of your purchased credits, you are eligible for a refund in accordance with Paddle’s refund policy. Please note that the Paddle service fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund amount. Refunds are typically processed within a minimum 14-day window from the date of your request.
To request a refund, please contact support with your Paddle order ID and reason for the request. Refunds will not be issued for credits that have already been used.
